1. Data Collection & Usage

ArriveAwake is built on a "Privacy by Design" philosophy. It does not have server commponents. We do not maintain any user accounts and we do not collect your personal information.

• Location Data: To provide core functionality (triggering alarms as you approach your destination), ArriveAwake requires access to your device's location.
• On-Device Processing: All location tracking, geofencing, and distance calculations are performed exclusively on your device. No location data is ever transmitted to Chenglian Consulting or any third party.
• Stored Destinations: The names and GPS coordinates of your saved destinations are stored strictly within the app's local sandbox on your iPhone.

2. Third-Party Services

ArriveAwake does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. We do not sell or share your data because we never have access to it in the first place.

3. Your Controls

You have full control over the location permissions granted to ArriveAwake. You can modify or revoke these permissions at any time via your device's settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services).

4. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. ArriveAwake is a general utility tool and does not require any personal identification.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy will be updated accordingly.
